Stage 1: Application
In the first stage, you’ll use our Job Search to find the opportunities you are interested in. Then, apply online by submitting your resume and completing our online questionnaire.

Stage 2: Screening
If you’re selected for further consideration, we will contact you for a phone screen or interview.

Stage 3: Interview
If you are selected for further consideration after the screening, you will travel to a Kellogg location for team interviews.

Stage 4: Selection
After the interviews, the hiring managers will review the feedback from interviewers and make a selection.

Stage 5: Offer Process
If you’re the selected candidate, you’ll be presented with a formal offer of employment. When you accept, get ready to start your fun and rewarding career with Kellogg Company!

Stage 6: Onboarding
Once you’ve started, we’ll work together to make sure you have the knowledge, resources and relationships you’ll need to contribute meaningfully to your team.
