Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) play a critical role in our vision to become both the employer and the food company of choice. ERGs offer support, networking and development opportunities for Kellogg employees, which contributes to the strength of our business.
A senior company executive sponsors each ERG, helping link the members with our business and our strategies to drive business sustainability and organizational success.
HOLA – LATINO/HISPANIC Employee Resource Group
Mission:
HOLA creates a positive environment that fosters the development of Latinos, drives understanding and awareness of Hispanic culture, and contributes to our company’s business success and our diversity and inclusion goals.
KAARG – Kellogg African-American Employee Resource Group
Mission:
KAARG empowers African-American employees by helping them develop and grow through a forum of networking, mentoring, career development, information sharing and community involvement. It also works to build awareness of the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.
K-MERG – Kellogg Multinational Employee Resource Group
Mission:
K-MERG provides support to multinational employees, leveraging cultural differences by identifying and sharing cultural synergies in order to provide Kellogg Company with a competitive edge.
K-Pride & Allies
Mission:
K-Pride & Allies promotes a safe and open working environment for all employees, consistent with the K Values, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression ensuring that all employees can be authentic and fully engaged in Kellogg’s success.
WOK – Women of Kellogg
Mission:
Women of Kellogg (WOK) is dedicated to influencing the Kellogg culture to eliminate barriers and maximize the engagement and value of women within the company.
