Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups offer opportunities for employees who are connected by some common dimension of diversity to come together to build relationships; identify and generate potential solutions to real or perceived barriers that interfere with their ability to realize their full potential; and to create opportunities to aid Kellogg Company in driving positive business results.

Women of Kellogg WOK

This community of employees is dedicated to the personal and professional growth and development of the women within Kellogg Company. They work together to project a common voice for the shared experiences, perceptions, and needs of women in the Kellogg workplace and to help members reach their full potential.

Kellogg African American Resource Group KAARG

This group contributes to company objectives by ensuring the professional development of its members, and serving as a resource to positively influence the Kellogg environment. They provide career development strategies and activities, advise company leadership as appropriate, and actively drive retention initiatives.

İHOLA! Kellogg’s Latino Employee Resource Group

İHOLA!’s mission is to create a positive environment that fosters the development of Latinos, while contributing to our company’s success and its diversity and inclusion goals.

K-MERG – Kellogg Multinational Employee Resource Group

Kellogg has a rich cultural diversity among its employees and K-MERG was formed to leverage that diversity for the benefit of the Kellogg Company and to create community and belonging among employees from every country represented.

YP – Kellogg Young Professionals Employee Resource Group

Our Young Professionals Employee Resource Group, (YP), strives to help build a stronger, more successful Kellogg by empowering young professionals to shape their own Kellogg experience.  YP promotes and provides learning opportunities as continual processes that are beneficial to both the individual as well as the company.  A successful Kellogg is a Kellogg ready for the future and we believe creating that future starts now.
