Governance and Management
We have a corporate responsibility governance structure that outlines accountability for driving progress in implementing our strategy. This structure integrates the management of our material issues into our mainstream business processes.
At the Board of Directors level, we have a Social Responsibility Committee composed of four members. At the senior executive level, our chief sustainability officer reports directly to the chief executive officer. Two senior managers have been designated as "pillar leads" of teams responsible for each of the four pillars of our corporate responsibility strategy. The pillar teams are responsible for identifying overall objectives, actions needed to achieve the objectives, and goals and key performance indicators for each of the issues, as well as monitoring performance.
